Hi, I’m Captain Chris Nelson. I’ve been fishing on the Treasure Coast for 18 years now and I specialize in catching fish for corporate and family outings. If bending a rod and going home with sore arms and having fish to eat for dinner interests you, then you’ve come to the right place.

I fish inshore and near shore for the following kinds of fish: Trout, snook, redfish, grouper, snapper, pompano, permit, flounder, tarpon, seabass, black drum, kingfish, spanish mackerel, cobia and sheepshead. Lots of times we catch ladyfish, stingrays, sharks and jack crevalle, which are fun to catch too.

My boat is a customized 24’ Carolina Skiff. It has a 140 hp. Suzuki outboard, an extremely silent minn-kota trolling motor, hydraulic power pole, a garmin gps/fishfinder, a sony am/fm cd stereo, a bimini top, lots of room and storage and an enclosed porta-potti in the center console. This boat fishes up to 4 passengers in comfort. 

The ALL HOOKED UP is equipped with all of the required Coast Guard safety equipment. All bait, rods, tackle and fishing licenses are provided on your fishing charter. Fishing stories, local wisdom, memories and angling adventures are also provided as part of the package.

I also enjoy taking people on nature cruises of our area to take pictures of dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, wildlife and the great natural beauty of the Treasure Coast and Indian River Lagoon.

Capt. Chris is a member of the Florida Guides Association, vice president of the Fort Pierce Sport Fishing Club, National Association of Charter Boat Operators and a mentor for the treasure coast chapter of Teen Anglers.
